I’m pregnant, can I have a massage?

Yes you can, there is usually no contraindications. Massage for pregnant women helps with liquid retention (swelling) and heavy legs sensation, as well as back pain, especially low back. Relieves physical stress and fatigue associated with pregnancy.

It’s recommended, however, not to have a massage during the first trimester of pregnancy.

I had an accident recently, can I have a massage?
